Returns and Exchanges

*please note: Beginning September 8th we will have a shipping flat rate of $5.00 for purchases less than $35.00. 

Your satisfaction is our priority. 

We want you to feel comfortable shopping from us and love your purchase! In the event that any of our items do not meet your expectations, please return in its original condition. Please note our return policy below:

  • Clothing MUST be in their original condition: unworn, tags attached, unwashed, and unstained (make up, deodorant, pet hairs, etc).
  • We must have your returned product within 15 days from when your received your purchase. 
  • We offer FREE RETURNS! We will e-mail you the packing slip after processing your return. Refunds will be issues in the form of original payment after inspection of the returned item.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

To exchange an item:

  • To exchange the same item for a different size, please contact us to receive your free shipping label and let us know what size you would like to exchange for. After receiving and inspecting your return, you will receive either a) a tracking number for your desired size or b) a full refund in the case that we do not have the desired size. 


Sorry! You can't return these items:

  • Custom gifts- each custom order is made especially for you, therefore we do not accept returns for these items. In the event of damage, please contact us with photos to receive replacement.
  • Jewelry- due to the nature of the items, jewelry cannot be returned.
  • All sale items or discounted items are deemed FINAL and cannot be returned.


How To Return Item:

Send us an e-mail with your invoice number. We will reach out to you within 24 hours with your return slip. 


Returning Damaged Goods: 

To return a damaged or defected purchase please contact us with your name, order number, reason for return, and photo of the defects or issues.
